New Vanity and Hinge Options

The popularity of drawer storage continues to grow both in the design community as well as with consumers. This new vanity design offers a stack of three fully functioning drawers and a full height door. The second new option offers three functioning drawer stack on one side with a traditional false front over the working door.

We’ve also recently partnered with Ferrari America to offer the latest generation of competitively priced Compacta face frame hinges. These one-piece concealed hinges now incorporate the soft close function inside the hinge cup, eliminating the need for a separate soft close damper.

Receptacle Notching Lets You Plug in with Style

Providing an attractive way to provide electrical service to kitchen islands, Conestoga introduces a Receptacle Notching option on select legs and posts.

A cutout for a standard receptacle box is “notched” into the end block of the post and an access hole is drilled in your choice of left side, right side, the back or top for wiring to be fed into the receptacle.

We’ve Added to Our Line of Trash Can Pullouts

Meeting the demand for high-performance, forward-thinking custom cabinetry storage solutions, Conestoga’s newest trash can pullouts are constructed with durable English dovetail joints and features full extension drawer glides with soft-close functionality. These features, along with the quality box construction and hardware unique to Conestoga, combine to create an ideal storage option for designers and homeowners.
Available in multiple widths, the trash can pullout configurations include:

  • Single Can (TCPTS): Includes one 7-gallon almond waste can and is available in cabinet widths 18” & 21”
  • Double Can (TCPTD): Includes two 7-gallon almond waste can and is available in cabinet widths 24”, 27” and 30”
  • No Can (TCPTN): Designed to accommodate customer supplied waste storage containers for cabinet widths from 18″ to 30″

All units, regardless of configuration, are constructed using ¾” Hard Maple plywood tops and feature 6” high dovetailed Natural Birch drawer boxes. Plywood cleats and undermount clips are also included.

Enhance the look of Wood Grain with our New Finish Option

We are pleased to announce the addition of Unitones, our newest finish option. Adding to our growing list of versatile finishes and glazes, Unitones offers customers a subdued version of the rustic, weathered look created by Conestoga’s Heirloom finish treatment. This new finish is a combination of a single coat of Colourtone that allows wood grain to telegraph through the surface coating, which is then highlighted with a glaze application.

Unitone finishes are available on rustic and standard grades of alder, cherry, hard maple and red oak, and it includes a glazing step using Coffee or Pewter glaze. Other available options include:
Unitone Finish Option

  • Antiquing
  • Wear sanding
  • Distressing

The enhanced grain telegraphing created by Unitone is most prominent on end grain and is highlighted by Coffee or Pewter glaze. The finish creates a dramatically different look when applied to each type of wood. For customers looking for prominent telegraphing, the effect is most pronounced on oak, but also has visible effect on cherry and alder wood substrates.

Introducing Our New Heirloom Finishing Treatment

The rough and rustic appearance of our new Heirloom Treatment option is achieved through a combination of several elements: composed of one layer of Colourtone or Prism Paint, a glaze application, and the Vintage Distressing package. The overall appearance leaves the component with a signature, weathered look.

Because of the growing popularity of the rustic look, we have expanded the Heirloom package to include even more options, including:

  • Expanded specie offering with Prism Paints – Available on Alder, Cherry, Hard Maple, Paint Grade Hard Maple, and Red Oak.
  • Additional Colourtones – Antique White, Designer White and Frosty White Colourtones have been added to the offering, making a total of 14 Colourtones finish colors available with Coffee or Pewter glaze.
  •  Heirloom with weathered grain – One of the most requested new options has been Weathered Grain, and these two options packages are now available together.

Introducing Our New Heirloom Finishing Treatment

Our popular Weathered Grain option can now be applied to cabinetry accessories. Since adding the Weathered Grain option to our offering, it has become one of our most popular design options. A weathering process ages the wood, creating the effect of timber exposed to the elements for prolonged periods of time.

The rustic Weathered Grain look can now available to be applied to:

  • Doors & drawer fronts
  • Floating shelves
  • Trim mouldings
  • Select square table legs and bun feet
