Conestoga has unveiled a completely redesigned Cabinet Systems Program. After a successful six month pilot program, the new Advantage and Essence Line are now available to all customers. The cabinets have been redesigned to reduce the overall amount of component parts, while dramatically reducing the assembly time. The new lines reduce the assembly time by almost 45% over the previously offered Craftsman and Pioneer lines.

All Advantage and Essence cabinetry come with pre-inserted assembly splines, cutting minutes from assembly time of every cabinet. Wall and base corner cabinets have also been redesigned to allow for single person assembly in about 5 minutes.

Another significant improvement is that nearly every cabinet configuration and accessory can now be customized in width, height and depth. Previously, any non-standard sizing incurred a hefty upcharge. The Advantage and Essence program utilizes a parametric pricing model which keeps custom size pricing in line with standard SKU pricing.

Advantage Line

The entire case is now constructed from 1/2″ Birch plywood with interiors finished in a durable UV clearcoat. Cabinet shelving is 3/4″ thick prefinished Birch plywood with an optional upgrade to solid wood shelving. The new Advantage line also offers optional 3/4″ flush end panels and as always, the vast array of Conestoga finish options are available.

Essence Line

All case components are 1/2″ particleboard core with Maple patterned paper interiors. Shelving is 3/4″ particle board and the drawer box is 5/8″ dovetailed Birch plywood with a clear UV finish. While size customization is fully available, additional options are limited to help maintain a more aggressive price point.
